Because we want to ship your order as quickly as possible, it is usually no longer possible to change your address after you have placed your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hugsback.com, and we will see what can still be done.

If you order before 6:00 PM on a weekday, your Hugsback will be shipped the same day, and you will usually have it at home the next day. If you order later, we will ship it on the next business day.

Sometimes the carrier has already received your package, but it hasn't been scanned into their system yet. In that case, your Track & Trace link will be automatically activated later in the day. No worries – your Hugsback is just on its way.
