At Hugsback you get free shipping, with no minimum order amount. That way your new cuddle buddy arrives worry-free, lovingly packed in its own gift tube.

If you order on a working day before 18:00, we ship your order the same day and you will have your weighted stuffed animal at home tomorrow. During busy periods, such as the holidays, it may take a little longer.

Yes, we also ship during the holidays. Please keep in mind that parcel services are extra busy then, so delivery may take a little longer. Does your tracking temporarily show that the carrier has not received the parcel yet? That is normal and usually means the parcel is already on its way.

We ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Depending on the country, size and weight of your order, the carrier may vary, but you will always receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can see exactly when your Hugsback will be delivered.

The delivery driver will first try your neighbors or take the package to a nearby pickup point. With the Track & Trace link, you can see exactly where your Hugsback was delivered. Make sure to collect the package within a few days, otherwise it will be returned to our warehouse.
