    If you order on a weekday before 6:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day and usually delivered the next day. For orders outside the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. During busy periods, such as holidays, this may take a little longer.

    Yes, we also ship during holidays. Please keep in mind that delivery services are extra busy around those days, which may cause delivery to take a little longer. Sometimes your Track & Trace may temporarily indicate that the package has not yet been received by the carrier – this is normal and usually means that the package is already on its way.

    We work together with DHL and other reliable carriers. Depending on the country, the size, and the weight of your order, the carrier may vary, but you will always receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

    Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can track exactly when your Hugsback will be delivered.

    The delivery person will first try your neighbors or take the package to a nearby pickup point. With the Track & Trace link, you can see exactly where your Hugsback has been delivered. Make sure to pick up the package within a few days, or it will be returned to our warehouse.
