    You have 30 days to return your Hugsback free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to experience at home, in complete calm, whether your new plush toy is truly right for you.

    You can easily request a return by emailing us at info@hugsback.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation). Always use the email address you used to place your order. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process step by step.

    A Hugsback can only be returned if it is complete – including the original packaging, all tags, and the plush toy itself in undamaged condition.

    No problem! We can send you a QR code that you can have scanned at the parcel point. This way, you can easily send your return without a printer.

    Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used. Is it taking longer? Please send us a message — we’ll look into it with you right away.

    Returned plush toys that are in perfect condition are donated to organizations and institutions where they can make someone happy. This way, every Hugsback gets a new home.
