It started with a hug
20-year-old Timo and 17-year-old Noah saw how, in a busy world, we find it increasingly difficult to truly unwind. This is how the idea for Hugsback was born – born from something small, yet so significant: a hug. A hug that's not just given, but also returned.
The development of Hugsback
We set out to find the perfect combination of weight, softness, and quality. Each Hugsback is filled with glass beads for deep pressure, enveloped in super-soft mink fabric, and carefully crafted for a warm, lifelike feel. The result? A 2kg weighted plush toy that reduces stress, promotes better sleep, and is always ready to give you a hug.
A flying start
From the very first moment, our cuddly toys found their way into hearts and living rooms. People discovered how a Hugsback helps with tension, anxiety, and overstimulation—and shared their stories with us. The Hugsback family grew faster than we could ever have imagined.
