    About Hugsback

    Noah (17) and Timo (20) are the faces behind Hugsback. Through their interest in well-being, comfort and health, they came across the concept of deep pressure stimulation through weighted products, especially known from weighted blankets.

    They noticed that many weighted products are practical but often lack personality or warmth. This inspired the idea of combining deep pressure stimulation with something familiar, soft and comforting: a weighted stuffed animal.

    With Hugsback, Noah and Timo want to create a product that not only offers calm and comfort, but also looks fun and unique. This makes weighted plush toys more accessible, personal and appealing to young and old.

    That depends on how often you use it. With daily use, we recommend hand washing the plush toy every 2 to 3 weeks with a slightly damp cloth. We do not recommend the washing machine. This keeps it fresh and soft. In between, you can also air it outside for a little while for an extra clean and fresh feeling.
