How to keep your Hugsback clean, soft and fresh
Your Hugsback is made for lots of cuddling. On the sofa, in bed, during a moment of calm or after a busy day. Because you often keep your weighted plush toy close to you, it is important to care for it gently.
A Hugsback is not just an ordinary plush toy. Due to its soft outer fabric and weighted filling, it needs to be cleaned with extra care.

Step 1Check for small stains
View your Hugsback carefully before cleaning and check for any small stains or spots that need extra attention.

Step 2Use a soft, damp cloth
Lightly dampen a soft cloth with lukewarm water. Gently dab the stain rather than rubbing it, so the fabric stays soft and beautiful.

Is the stain not coming out with water alone? Then use just a tiny amount of mild soap. Gently clean the area and do not use too much water.
